The "phantom" dwellings that could be project killers for wind farms | RenewEconomy
Article from renew economy this morning says it all. Windfarms are facing all sorts of problems due to planning rules and the ability of those not in favor to use them to hold up projects.
Of particular note is the paragraph that states only 1 wind farm has been approved in NSW in the last 4 years! The same state that AGL is closing Bayswater. Also note the reduction in capacity of the one that has been approved.
