Yes i agree with that thesis....absolutely...the BOTS are instructed to do exactly that along with shorting equities. Fundamentals will always be more valuable than HFT for DIVS and return on outlays as an investor. After all, at the end of the day, BOTS are simply adhering to instructions for variable reasons.
