Renewable energy costs more than coal. Fin has no profit, no balance sheet, seedy management, and inefficient technology. Unless recs support energy generation from wind ifn is doomed. Maintenance costs may exceed revenues. Low cost finance is finite, probably its greatest asset. Unfortunately the wind isn't free!
