Looking back at an ASX ann of 9 May 2011, key acquisition terms of the Khul Morit copper project included -
- completion of 10,000 m of drilling in 2011.
- After drilling 10,000 m - issue 25M VOR to acquire 50% of project (the acquisition was accelerated in Aug 2011 due to good drilling results)
- At any time after drilling 10,000 m - may issue a further 100 m shares to acquire a further 30% - of KM Project - so would then own 80%.
Would be good to know if the issuance refers to above.
