I think the underground was economical. I assume the open pit was more economical (which obviously makes sense), which with as people above said they slipped up on including the other bits mentioned.
That's only my opinion IMO.
If you read all the background of IS 214, it's all about forward looking statements and inferred/indicated and obviously JORC compliance etc.

Basically should have run it by a legal eagle before going to ASX/ASIC (or someone with considerable experience in recent Scoping Studies being published).
