Agree, it will be insider trading. I was in a hurry and still busy so will post this once and may not think through everything. Those that get caught in insider trading are only a tiny cases compare to the actual breaches. More often than not, leaky ships are due to insider trading, but only a handful are get caught, hence i was saying "who is watching" in my original reply.
