"Auto" means "self". Auto-tissue is where another part of your own body is harvested to provide required tissue (e.g. skin graft).
That conference session only has a couple of true auto-tissue talks (e.g. The Use of Pericardium in Pulmonary Artery Plasty). They have filled the rest of the time with trans-species tissue. Sign of the times...
