An the year before it was December.......a AGM has to be held with 12 months of the previous years AGM.... unless special permission is sort from the ASX from memory....
I think this may be the agm for the year.....I could be wrong.....
as I have kept to myself with all issues at hand......
anyway any meeting still has to give 21 days prior notice of the date, time and location of the event....( that is my interpretation of the rules ) ie I could be wrong....
