Pray tell Len Hum, how is a chart going to help you on a penny stock like NDO that is clearly open to manipulation by any number of players and means?
What does the chart tell you about the Thai investor qand his intentions?
What does the chart tell you about the expansion of the Galoc project and the potential of Phase II to increase oil production?
Charting and TA does have some (limited) use, but it is the fundamentals of all companies that ultimately dictates whether a company goes up or down.
