Moosey, maybe i misunderstood what you posted. When you quote an enrichment level it is always quoted relative to the naturally minor isotope. 5% enriched is material which has been taken from ~naturally 0.7% upto 5% 235 content. 20% material is contains 20% 235, material which is 20% 238 is by definition 80% 235 (tiny amounts of other isotopes ignored, 4th decimal point stuff) , and falls well into the HEU category which the australian govt. has not agreed to. Doesn't mean they can't but more time, but we are already at 10 years so......
External consultants, if they deliver then they should be on the board not the current "lets try this this time", we need a new market, this "wait and see for another 10 year" is bs, IMHO of course... How long have been waiting for SLX to bring in cash from Translucent (remember founder Petar A took the cash and ran right) and solar, who did bette of the BP buyout.
