Too right Rennis. It looks like a totally impotent sycophantic board. Apparently MG said many months ago that he was considering taking a pay cut. Well he is still thinking about it. He must be a very, very deep thinker.
Cut the board numbers. Cut the salaries. Place company into hibernation mode. Calculate minimum admin costs for next 16 quarters until first royalty cheque hopefully comes in. Return cash in excess of admin costs to shareholders immediately. Anything less is a big single upright finger from the board to shareholders. Directors cannot influence the company's fortunes. GLE have them by the short and curls yes. They are treating this company and it's very generous salaries like their personal superannuation plan.
