    Is anybody going to the AGM?

    I plan to and will post my thoughts on it.

    Any thoughts about the resolutions. All seem fine to me but I question the need Resolution 4, given we will be getting the cash soon, and as I read it the company can still issue a 15% in shares without reference to shareholders, and the company says they have no plans to use this resolution.

    If need be an EGM could be held.

    Any thoughts
