strong arguments from both sides
ASIC is a toothless kitten
they can't even investigate the banks
for TNG they wouldn't be bothered to get their feet off their desk to take the phone call
The real issue here with transparency as people lie to harp on about is that any private info that comes from the office is immediately broadcast here on HC whether that be from a phone call or a straight email copy.
That is why the company won't answer emails or take calls and then they're accused of being in a secret boys club.
