Great to see so many people coming out of the woodwork to have their say and importantly - support this project moving ahead with transparent, accountable corporate governance. This is a major Australian project, recognised as such by the NT state and Fed government. A major project, purportedly on the cusp of a final investment decision. I think it's time to shed the junior mining company stigma, if old-fashioned attitudes are indeed present on the TNG board then it's time for any dyed in the wool junior mining company sharks to move on and make way for doers who want to actually develop a project. 

Whether someone holds 50,000 or 5,000,000 shares, each and every vote counts. In isolation, 50,000 or even 250,000 votes may seem insignificant but collectively - as @iceman747 has already said - retail shareholders still have a lot of clout.
