If he remains watch that SP fall to new 5 year lows; and that would be the market telling TNG their BOD / Management is just not trusted or respected. For the good of the company and its share holders RT should quit regardless. If not, PB needs to take a long, hard look in the mirror.
Voted with the Browns. My decision is based on the realisation that the Board has been treating TNG as THEIR company not OURS.
I re read statements released after the Browns issued the notice. The deliberate decision to stop communicating is a small, but telling, sample of the attitude of the Chairperson and the Managing Director. Blaming the Browns for delays in the project, (really!!) Then the discounted "strategic" Vimson placement occurs with no explanation.
I want a first strike on remuneration report first and foremost. If we are in the same position next year, a spill of the Board is warranted.
