He did Daniel & he was very open & upfront about it. Richard’s forte is managing R&D and they have made some amazing achievements over the last few years.
It’s also looking like things will be getting busier on the analytics side of things with pharmacokinetics for clinical trials (ie Linear) & also biosimilars produced by Companies in India (and also potentially China like our last contract on a clinical trial for Pharmacokinetics) as well as PIQ test R&D. Realistically he can’t do everything & while I think he has done an excellent job progressing the company thus far, he has acknowledged he may need to hand the baton for business/licencing development on to someone else who specialises in this. I think this was a big hint they will be hiring soon.
