Just to add to the above a few blockbuster MABs (monoclonal antibodies) are falling or have fallen off the patent cliff recently, so Pharmas will be scrambling to get those biosimilars approved by the FDA & other Regulatory bodies. At between $1250-3000 per dose, it’s big $ & could potentially be more for ones I’m not familiar with.
Some cancer treatments as well ie Herceptin. I think that was what Richard was referring to & these Pharmas will need to run trials & Pharmacokinetic analysis to prove that they are in fact legit biosimilars & you need a reputable lab for your data & Linear are a very reputable CRO in Australia, with whom work with PIQ.
