It is naïve to think companies don’t release some announcements at ‘convenient times’ that suit directors. E.g., pre cap raises and AGMs.
The underperformance made by this team is inexcusable, especially for how much they get paid.
While there have been a few positives, the list of issues over the past 3-4 years is too long to list out.
Lucky it’s an immaterial investment for me.
Bring on some pre AGM news flow.
