1) Adopt Rem Report
2) Election of External Nominee Grant Wilson.
No 10% Placement and no refresh of Performance rights etc.... Nuts and I guess the Rem has to be painted in so GW can hire people with reasonable $$$ but PB locks in his purse until he is voted out.
It's a pity we have to wait another month for this Tripe....
