Well, I have now voted:
- for election of Grant
- against remuneration report
I did not read the Remuneration Report (I could have gone somewhere else to find it) but, in view of the long screed from PB denigrating Grant, his making the Remuneration Report dificult to find clearly meant it would not be acceptable to the majority of shareholders, so voting NO was a 'no brainer'.
