Hi Bob,

I've also voted, but knowing that PB won't be around moving forwrd, and knowing that the Rem Report was advisory only, I voted FOR just so we are not potentially leaving Grant with any unnecessary baggage that he would need to deal with. He will have enough on his plate rather than this hanging over the company's head moving forward. If voting FOR will cause any issues, I am sure when the time is right GW will share the voting preference with us and I can change if need be.

Definitely don't agree with PB's wages etc, and would be voting AGAINST under any other circumstance.

Just wanted to share a different perspective on the Rem Report.
