I totally understand all shareholders wanting to see Paul's blood after what he has done to us, he is just a bad person who deserves severe punishment. I also believe that one could prove Paul various misconducts….
But that costs a lot of time, a lot of money, a lot of nerves... and brings a lot of restlessness. Restlessness is just what we've had long enough now, we don't need it anymore.
The focus has to be completely forward, it's like a complete restart of the company, including rebranding. a possible legal dispute with Burton would do neither the company nor the share price any good.
I therefore tend to agree with resolution one...although it is very difficult for me and despite my strong dislike for Burton....I think it makes things easier for the CMT team, they have it hard enough as it is….
