Not really a big deal by the time we get to 200 devices in a year 91 million shares will probably only be 1% of the company.
Unless of course they don't do a 10 for 1 consolidation to get the share price back to 8cents. To trigger a rush of people converting the free options at 3c so they can sell them before the SP drops back below 3 cents again.
They like those outside the square methods of raising cash.
