Also re dividends: I would expect profits to be invested in making more pixels and new products, instead of funding dividends - dividends should only start after there is nothing else to invest in, and the company has internally retained profits (with tax paid - franking credits) to distribute to the shareholders.

FWIW I think if it succeeds, there are better things to worry about rather than whether you make a windfall in the form of a dividend or a capital gain, but given the choice I would rather a capital gain with half the tax! (depending on individual circumstances of course)
