I've asked this question before but haven't received a clear response yet (although Bob responded but would be good to get it from the horse's mouth too) so perhaps someone can ask for clarity on the day - With all the big fuss around EM building huge fabs worth millions and with the ability to manufacture millions of chips - who says they're doing this just for akp?! Yes they're registering patents that appear to be related specifically to our chips (which in itself need clarification as to why they are registering and not Akp themselves, and does it handicap us from working with other fabs as only EM may have the ability), so it does seem they are doing it for us, however there's nothing to say they aren't carrying on about how huge and amazing they are but in fact will be manufacturing for many other companies too - and so we are then lead to believe via past announcements that it's all for us.
