Also re dividends: I would expect profits to be invested in making more pixels and new products, instead of funding dividends - dividends should only start after there is nothing else to invest in, and the company has internally retained profits (with tax paid - franking credits) to distribute to the shareholders.

The Fabless model should make it possible that AKP will literally just clip the ticket as the FABs send finished products direct to their customers. Revenue will go direct to AKP - and its shareholders too I hope!
