-we went into a period of limited output for new projects and COVID really screwed that up
-China publicly displayed the need and the want to become the worlds biggest MEMS manufacturing
- they offered any technology company money to expand into MEMS manufacturing, enter EM
- AP grabbed that and ran with it given the limited opportunities given its minimal funds to get this to market.
