This just to confirm that all questions except Lex's question asking if "all" questions will be answered has been submitted directly to Wayne. Lex, feel free to direct this question to Wayne personally if you need to. I am not silly enough to think that because a shareholder asks a question that management will / must answer it as that does not always make commercial or legal sense to do so. I am sure Wayne will answer the questions he can in the best possible way he can. If your question is not answered then I suggest you follow up with Management directly as to the reason why not. However, they have all been asked.
For full transparency I have listed the questions I asked and added to list that was categorised and grouped by topics:
1. When you consider the three likely strategies / outcomes of Partnership, Buy Out and "Go it alone" which do you and the board / management feel will be a more likely outcome. Also when all risks, required capital and resources are considered which route is favoured? 2.Does AVR still provide tissue for 4C medical and will we stand to benefit from their up coming trials after receiving breakthrough status? Plus how does this fit with our TEER investment? 3. Will the Nasdaq listing be structured with a large cornerstone investor or more likely multiple new US investors sourced from US bank relationships? 4. Can we get a clearer understanding of the approval process and an expected timeline? 5. Could the vastly superior results of our VIV potentially end a trial early for compassionate reasons? I am assuming a VIV trial would not be structured as a non Inferior trial?
