This needs to be driven hard and expressed to ALL contending parties that are thinking and doing DD on us. it should NOT be just a passive auction...
we need to create a sense of urgency and a HUGE sense of potential that YOU will miss out if you DO NOT OFFER SOMETHING soon! YOUR competitors will snap us up in an instant if you don't take this seriously.

Understand there will be also a trade off of waiting for further upcoming milestones...when to pull the trigger is the big question that's not too easy to always answer. Pull the trigger early and get any ol' small deal to start the process and then address the rest of the jurisdictions/global...or wait a hint longer for milestones and more certainty and then fire on all cylinders.
