The conversation surrounding a BOD spill is pathetic.
After re-reading Lou's recount of his meeting with Brett,I nearly gagged. It was like reading a diary extract from a 14 year old school girl recounting her meeting with a member of a boy bound. Embarrassment is the word that comes to mind.
For Brett to disclose that much information to a random retail shareholder ( if Infact the recount was factual) should show everyone that Brett was not CEO material. It explains why he was exited from the business.
If anyone has been paying attention, the communication from the company has dramatically improved.
Sensitive business dealings obviously cannot be revealed for obvious reasons.
