Thinking many here who think this BoD's are both greedy an past it are on the money...PC retires over 12 months ago and steps down as CFO then the Sesame Street Gang decide to keep him on to pull a wage when its not neccessary...what is he other than making up the numbers...feeding from the troughs for doing what....then you have the greed shown by James Brown who had some serious choices to make with regard to shareholders of 1MC an Sayona...the choice he made goes against every shareholder of both companies and what he should of done was this....

If he wanted to be seen as doing the right thing all holders imho.
