Paul Lucas was also involved with Altura and he was the one who advised the debt financing that ultimately sunk Altura.
Nobody on the BOD is independent. They all have previous ties to Allan Buckler, and they all have been employed at Altura, at one time or another.
And they are all old coal men. Not one of them has chemical knowledge or diversified knowledge.
The BOD has no diversity, no women, no young people.
