This AGM will be like having a debate with your wife. Your wife would represent as the Chairman, and the CEO.

You are the shareholder asking questions.

The wife is always right, no matter how ludicrous, manipulative, and downright disempowering their line of approach is in the debate.

There will be no good answers to any real questions, no solution-based real responses, and shareholder frustration will be the end point.

So it's probably not worth bothering unless you're planning on voting the wife out. If you had sold your shares and left your wife, then you wouldn't be having the debate in the first place.
