Tony Dawe has not performed on any front. He costs around $250,000 per annum (salary and office etc).
He knows how to do IR, as it was profession beforehand. The release to go out with the AGM should be crafted to cover all the bases that are frustrating many shareholders.
They read HC. They know the gripes. They just need to be open, and address shareholder concerns.
