At the AGM, remember to stick to the advice given in an earlier post. To state the question in a clear firm voice and if the question is not satisfactorily answered, again in a clear firm voice (no aggression) state that their response does not answer your question and ask again. Before framing your question beware of inquiring into matters that cannot be answered due to non disclosure agreements (easy escape and wasting time). The more answers the better.
