Yep. That is the Brainchip way. Special shareholders get special rights
Nothing is bad about free carrying shares, except when they do it while shouting at everyone to ''#BUY'' brainchip shares. Then it becomes manipulation.
As in the success of the company, I would love to see it succeed. Unfortunately no hints as of yet for this happen, and next week's AGM is becoming even trickier with these phone calls... some one is very desperate to keep their chairs intact.
