As you are fully aware share holders will decide what is best for the company.
Last year share price was much higher when the first strike was initiated.

Share price is further down.

No new deals signed.

Revenue is still pathetic while comparing to the market cap.

Plenty of immaterial partnerships were announced, but that is something BRN has done for years. So this is no guarantee of future success.

There is a lack of respect to shareholders, except the ones that are willing to do anything.

Even management cannot stand for shareholders, with comments like ''share price will do what share price does'' and guess what, it did!

They have asked to judge them based on their results, and may be the share holders will based on the lack of results.

There are plenty of ground work this week to ensure the vote goes in their favour so now they are spending more money on collecting data ( LOL )

Plenty of pumpers returning to all forums also is a solid signal that they are desperate.

BUT - imagine if they did all this effort over the year, we would not have been in this situation... yet here we are.
