I retired decades before the retirement age, thanks in part, to my success in the share market and my habit of free carrying shares. This is why I could spend, no waste, the time I have with you today. I wonder, how you are able to spare the time?

Tom , check Jerry’s emails around 17/04 , only if you are a shareholder as claimed .

Then you can correct yourself and become factual about not being able to vote online during the meeting .

If you read the paper document from the company, the first page says you should record the votes prior to 19th May.

May be it is just Brainchip doing Brainchip things by making an admin error in the document.

Hopefully an Announcement to correct the mistake soon?
