One of the reasons they won't buy now is that it would be impossible to buy anywhere near 140 million shares on market for 8c even over a period of time without the price going above 8c. The price would climb more once the directors announced that they were buying.
The other reason, IMO, is that our directors know that it could take up to 3 years before our share price crosses above 10c. Not that I think it will take that long but our wise directors have given themselves 3 years and not 1 or 2 years for a reason.
