10c is definitely too low especially when i think the SP will be over 20c in 3 years time... that is when AN is fully up and running and PB in construction.

Im going to vote no to the options and no to the re-election of Wayne Phillips.

I do think Wayne Phillips will keep his job but a 30-40% vote against his re-election might make him rethink his position of only 150,000 shares in AVB while drawing a 300k+ salary.

If he doesn't get re-elected then so be it. The mining industry is full of professionals looking for a job in this downturn.
