Kalenn, I do not think anyone is arguing that this group have worked hard and deserve some reward but it needs to be put in perspective. They have been getting paid and paid well for their hard work and now to give away options so cheaply is a bit of a slap in the face to shareholders. Some of us would argue that although the group has performed well they are not flawless or 5 star by any means. They deserve to be rewarded but not this well.
