I want Wayne's job. With a construction manager already employed and a mine manager on the way, he is really just another director with a long resume.

One can argue whether being a director is a full time job or not compared to a Project Manager who earns between $200,000 to $250,000 a year but I know that PM's work 6 days a week, 60 hours a week for their salary.
How can anyone say that being a director is a full time job for one company when many directors can sit on multiple boards at the same time. Attending 6 meetings a year full time? That makes me laugh.
