I am a firm believer in reward for effort. In this case I cannot understand why, predominantly the same Board would be prepared to issue these options when there are already ones on the table to be potentially exercised within 7 months. I do not have a problem with a PRSP as such but I believe the Directors should seek their major bonus at a similar time that their shareholders receive their first dividend. The market will adjust the SP at that point in time to how it perceives the company has performed.
The current scenario is based on the Director's expectation the company will perform.
