TIVAN is NOT proven. NOT proven. NOT proven. Doesn't matter how many times you extreme optimists say it has been tested by SMS and CSIRO. Testing at 10% for a short time is not the same as daily operation for years.

And those of you who want to say it's definitely workable just because SMS is staking its reputation..... Jeebus, stop your chest pumping, go do something thinking and stop wearing your baseball cap backwards. Line up here with your replies so let those of us who are sane enough can block you all to remove undue optimistic influence. Balanced and intelligent views are sorely lacking here sometimes.
