OMH AGM will be held next Thursday on 6 May. It is important for us all to vote to support the resolutions (esp Resolution 5) as it pertains to the KLSE listing requirements.
we have waited long for the secondary listing and now its only months away. But the resolution 5 has to be carried through in order for it to happen.
The Bursa listing will be positive for the share price and will definitely price it closer to the fair value for OMH. it will benefit all shareholders.
please remember to vote in proxy now if you are unable to go.
