Just looking at the resolutions for the AGM on Friday.
Resolution 5 (issue of Directors options) .... NB. [page 12] 5.4 (c)(ii) "The exercise price of the director options will be set at 143% of the 5 day VWAP as at the date of the AGM .... etc etc". - just saying ... any comments?
