I am guessing most shareholders are hoping there will be a really strong turn out at the AGM.
I am also guessing that if any of the head shed officials wax on at the AGM about their committment to "unlocking shareholder value" and/or about their exhertion in conducting 33 board meetings during the year? Then the shareholders assembled would rise together and
Pray as one! "When will you end the pretence?"
Applause? Will there be a reason for those present to give the officials a clap? There is perhaps one prospect worth contemplating?
Certain individuals might do the dignified thing and bow-out, because if they cannot now see that their laclustre performance over the past three years must come to an end? Then they never will.
As Docmin has outlined, there is a lot at stake at this AGM.
