    If the ZFX unconditional offer of $1.00 per share including for all the "blue-sky" is so bad, why did the Lion Selection Limited consortium sell 5,073,455 shares for $4,346,703 equating to roughly 86c per share?

    As they say in classics "Actions speak louder than words" and the Directors have spoken!
