Chalice haven't secured the tenure, they're just another applicant on the same piece of ground. By date, it's PBX, then Salvado Resources (which I think I read somewhere early on in the piece is Caspin), then Chalice. Does it go to ballot or is it first in best dressed? Not sure how the application procedure works but don't see how Chalice getting this tenure would be a certainty.
