There seem to be reports coming out from the AGM (presumably from members of the press) that FAR is currently looking for a settlement in PE. At no time did anyone from FAR imply this.
Nic Limb said at one point:
"FAR is seeking, and will continue to seek and will be very very firm about seeking declaratory relief . In other words, we want the opportunity to pre-empt. There has been a suggestion that we are looking for a settlement or something like that. Be absolutely sure, we want the opportunity to pre-empt. Its a very valuable asset. We think this price is there to be bought very very cheaply and we will pursue our rights aggressively. You know me, Cath and the rest of the board are not intimidated by anybody, will not be bullied by anybody."
